- 80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha
- After a careful selection of the best grapes and gentle fermentation, the wine is kept in vats for a period of 12 months in order to be fully stabilized before being transferred to oak casks for ageing. Gran Reservas are kept in American oak barrels for 36 months. Further bottle ageing for a further 3 years takes place before it is released.
- Deep black-cherry colour with tawny hues. Subtle and complex nose, with aromas of black fruit and spice and vanilla from the oak ageing. Harmonious, elegant and smooth yet full-bodied with good tannins. Long and pleasant finish.
- Ideal with stews, red and white meats, game dishes and cured cheeses.
