- 80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha
- After a careful selection of the best grapes, fermentation is carried out under temperature controlled conditions never exceeding 28ºC. The wine is initially kept in vats for a period of 12 months and then transferred to oak casks where it matures for 24 months. Further bottle ageing takes place before it is released.
- Deep ruby red showing qualities from oak ageing. Complex aromas of ripe red fruit on the nose, vanilla and spice. Elegant, balanced and smooth. Well-structured and full-bodied. Long finish with a pleasant aftertaste of fine oak.
- Ideal for stews, game and cured cheeses.
