- The fermentation is carried out in stainless vats during a period of 15-20 days. After 2/3 months, the wine is the stabilized, filtered and bottled.
- Straw-coloured yellow with greenish hints. An intense, delicate aroma, joining the white fruit with a recall of herbs and aniseed. Round in the mouth, smooth and creamy, with a pleasant final tartness giving it great persistency.
- Ideal with any fish, seafood, appetizers, rice and poultry.
