Verdejo Duero Valley
- The vineyard in Valdestillas is on the banks of the rivers Duero and Adaja. It covers more than 100 ha at an average altitude of 740m above sea level and has a continental climate. The soil is very suited for the cultivation of Verdejo, native to the region. Harvest takes place at night. Fermentation takes place in stainless vats for 15-20 days. After 2-3 months, the wine is then stabilized, filtered and bottled.
- Pale yellow with green hues. Lively aromas of greenery and citrus fruits, accompanied by softer, melon and floral flavours. Crisp and refreshing on the palate, with an invigorating finish.
- Ideal with any fish, seafood, appetizers, rice and poultry.
