D.O. Ca. Rioja
- 80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha
- The must is fermented at a maximum temperature of 28ºC. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to oak casks to slowly mature for 12 months, followed by a further 12 months ageing in bottle prior to its release.
- Deep ruby red, hints of vanilla and fresh tobacco leaf on the nose. A medium-bodied wine. Well structured and balanced.
- A great all-rounder including red and white meat, poultry, roasts, pasta and cheeses.
