D.O. Ca. Rioja
- 80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha
- After careful fermentation at temperatures not exceeding 28ºC, the wine is kept in vats for a period of 12 months. Then is transferred to oak casks for ageing for a period of around 24 months, depending on the vintage before being transferred to bottle where it continues to age for a further 3 years prior to release.
- Fine, elegant bouquet. Rounded, mature with ripe dark fruit and vanilla oak. A velvety texture and lingering finish.
- Game, roast meats, beef, lamb, boeuf bourguignon, baked cod or hard cheese.
