D.O. Ca. Rioja
- 80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha
- After a careful fermentation under temperatures not exceeding 28ºC, the wine is kept in vats for 12 months to allow it to stabilize. The wine is aged in oak cask and then bottle for a combined total period of 36 months prior to release.
- Earthy aromas. Fresh, soft red forest fruit flavours balanced with spicy oak. Round and full, aromatic with a lingering after-taste.
- Roasts, beef, lamb, game, pasta, tomato sauces, barbeques and chicken.
