D.O. Ca. Rioja
- The must is fermented at a maximum temperature of 26º C. after fermentation, the wine is transferred to oak casks to slowly mature for 12 months, followed by a further 12 months ageing in bottle prior to its release.
- Bright ruby coloured. On the nose, traditional characters and subtle hints of red fruit. Palate well-knitted together, with intense notes of sweet fruit on the palate. Elegant and classy.
