CAVA BRUT VINTAGE
- 40% Macabeo, 30% Xarel-lo, 30% Parellada
- After a careful selection of the grapes, this cava is made following the traditional method exclusively. Second fermentation in bottle and ageing in our cellars located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the heart of cava.
- Bright straw yellow colour. Small and delicate bubble. Clean and citrus aroma with floral hints. Balanced and long-lasting taste. Good presence on the palate and clean after-taste.
- Perfect with soups, aperitif and desserts.
