CAVA BRUT VINTAGE ROSE
- 70% Monastrell – 30% Pinot Noir
- After a careful selection of the grapes, this cava is made following the traditional method exclusively. Second fermentation in bottle and ageing in our cellars located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the heart of cava.
- Bright pink salmon colour. Small and delicate bubble, full and persistent crown. Clean and fruity aroma. In mouth, red fruits with hints of butter. Long lasting and pleasant aftertaste.
- Perfect with aperitifs and desserts.
