D.O. Ca. Rioja
- The must is kept in stainless steel vats for 14 hours at an average temperature of 10ºC. The must is then separated from the solid parts and fermentation occurs at an average temperature of 16ºC. Then the fermentation stops thanks to a cold system that allows to keep the natural sugar that gives some unique characteristic to this wine.
- Strawberry coloured, brillant. Fresh, light, lively bouquet. Presistent and large.
- Seafoof, starters, fish, pasta and white meat.
