D.O. Ca. Rioja
- 80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha
- Fermentation maceration of 20 days, with stemmed grapes at a temperature between 27º and 30ºC. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels followed by 6 months in bottle.
- Garnet red colour, subtle toasty aromas in harmony with red fruit. Good body structure, well-balanced, round with a long and pleasant finish.
- Ideal with red meats, cured cheeses and ibericos.
