D.O. Ca. Rioja
- 80% Tempranillo, 20% Garnacha
- Fermentation with maceration of 20 days with grape stemmed at a temperature between 27º and 30ºC. Aged in American oak barrels for 24 months followed by 12 months in bottle before release.
- Intense ruby red colour, subtle spicy and vanilla aromas in harmony with red and black fruit. It is round and velvety with a perfect balance of flavours. Lonf and pleasant finish.
- Ideal with poultry, roast beef or lamb dishes.
