D.O. Ca. Rioja
- Careful fermentation under temperatures not exceeding 28ºC during 8 days. Special treatment: micro-oxigenation previous to the malolactic fermentation. Aged for 12 months in American oak barrel.
- Beutifull bright red with ruby hints in the rim. Red fruit, chocolate and spices on the nose. On the mouth it is velvetly, well balance and structured. More than 15 seconds of persistence.
- Stuffed white meat, beef meat, pork, cured sheep cheese and ibericos.
